The United States Senate modified the bill on sanctions against the Russian Federation, which slowed down the introduction of a new list of restrictions.
The corresponding draft law required revision, as the representatives of the Republican parties has declared that it violates the Constitution. In particular, it contains measures relating to the us budget.
According to the Agency, in the Democratic party accused the Republicans is that they want to “kill the bill to please President Donald Trump”.
The Republicans noted that their comments were only procedural in nature.
Once finalized, the bill will be forwarded for consideration to the house of representatives.
