Expert-consultative Council on improvement of legislation in sphere of protection of national interests and international issues of the faction “United Russia” decided to form a working group on improvement of legislation in sphere of protection of national business and take control of the “criminal proceedings against members of LTK, OOO Free Falcon.”
It is recommended to involve representatives of the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation and the Investigative Department of the MIA of Russia. They will need to check the legality of the procedural decisions taken by law enforcement officials.
This decision was taken at a meeting of the Advisory Council, which discussed measures to support entrepreneurs, which suffer from the limitations that hinder the development of the business.
