Chairman of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin and the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko introduced the bill on financial support to families with many children, who took a mortgage. “The bill is aimed at realization of the message of the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. The head of state set a task to a large family, where was born the third or subsequent children, could receive compensation from the state for the repayment of your mortgage loan in the amount of 450 thousand rubles”, — quotes TASS Volodina.
The head of the lower house was assured that the implementation of these measures has the necessary funds, and stressed that the law will be retroactive and will take effect from 1 January 2019. “Thus, compensation will be given to families where this year was born the third or subsequent child,” said Volodin.
He said that the bill will be discussed as a priority at the next meeting of the Council of the state Duma, that is, 13 may.
The idea is to allocate 450 thousand rbl. on repayment of the mortgage to families in which was born the third child and subsequent children, President Vladimir Putin announced during his message to the Federal Assembly in February 2019. According to him, this compensation can be summarized with the parent capital and greatly ease mortgage burden.
