In the SPF called the new timing of the sale of Odessa portside plant

The plant can privatize in February or April 2018.

The state package of shares in the Odessa portside plant (OPZ) can be sold in February or April 2018.

This was stated by acting head of state property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU), Viktor Trebarov.

According to Trubarova, the company has completed the inventory and can be started the assessment activities. At the competition, the SPF evaluator of the government’s stake in the plant was selected the “international consulting group”.

“We made a timing of preparation: in case of realization of an optimistic scenario we go on sale in February 2018 and in the case of a pessimistic scenario in April. This is due not only to the activities of the SPF and the plant itself, but also with the activities of the commissions and the Cabinet,” – said Trebarov.

He noted that the company wasn’t able to sell. “In my opinion, at the moment has the opportunity to make the sale of the HMO was held”, – said the acting head of the state property Fund.
