Russia has not provided the residents of the occupied territories of Eastern Ukraine with the “passport” organizations “DNR” and “LNR” simplified procedure of stay on the territory of the country.
In the state Duma and the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Russian Federation confirmed that these people are equated to citizens of Ukraine and every 90 days are obliged to leave Russia.
For Ukrainians, who received the documents of the militants, will have the same immigration rules as for citizens of Ukraine.
They can stay in Russia without a residence permit, not more than 90 consecutive days, and then have 90 days to leave the country.
Deputy head of migration Department of the Ministry of internal Affairs Vladimir Ivanov stressed that Russia believes that holders of passports of “LNR” and “DNR” “still foreigners, citizens of Ukraine”.
“They come, they are here 90 days, then the same term should leave,” he said.
