In Korets district in the village Dyven ‘ the murder occurred. The villager retirement age was stabbed to death own son, according to the Department of communication management the state of emergency in Rivne region.

“The investigative team found that the deceased 43-year-old resident of the village Dyven’ lived with the 61-year-old mother and three brothers. In the evening between the woman and the eldest son there was a conflict in which the pensioner grabbed a kitchen knife and hit them in the chest of a man. From traumatized he died on the scene,” – said in the message of the Department of national police in the Rivne region.
The woman was sent for medical examination. According to the results established that at the time of the offence she was intoxicated.
Militiamen detained her in accordance with article 208 Criminally-the procedural code of Ukraine. The issue of her notice of suspicion in committing a deliberate murder as regards 1 article 115 of the Criminal code of Ukraine and the election of a preventive measure.
