Moscow, St. Petersburg and the Moscow region is expected topped the rating of Russian regions on quality of life.
According to research by RIA Novosti, a change in the top three are planned in the coming years. All this is due to “infrastructure, economy and development potential”.
In the first ten were also Tatarstan, the Leningrad, Voronezh and Belgorod region, Yugra and the Krasnodar territory with “a high level of economic development.”
In other regions of the Russian case, these indicators are much worse. So, for many years short list of Jewish Autonomous oblast, Karachay-Cherkessia and Tuva.
The low level of socio-economic development, unemployment and poverty wages is withheld at the end of the rating and such Federal units as Buryatia, North Ossetia, Kurgan oblast, Altai, Kalmykia, Ingushetia and Transbaikalia.
Compared to last year, the last ten managed to leave only Kabardino-Balkaria, which has risen on one position — to 75-th place.
