In the Rada registered a draft on the elimination of “Ukroboronprom”

As the authors of the document, currently “there is inefficient management of SOEs, which are part of “Ukroboronprom”.

The Verkhovna Rada registered a draft law which provides for the possibility of liquidation of state concern “Ukroboronprom”.

Document No. 10248 dated 24 April 2019 filed by a group of people’s deputies.

Among the initiators of the draft law “On amendments to some legislative acts concerning the implementation of the principles of transparency and publicity in the sphere of forming and implementing the state military-industrial policy” – Sergey Pashinsky, Ivan Vinnik, Tatiana Chornovil, V. Krivenko, Andrey Levus, Andrey Teteruk and Yuri Bereza.

As the authors of the document, currently “there is inefficient management of SOEs, which are part of “Ukroboronprom” … what entails the inability to meet the needs of the armed forces and other military formations in defense products, loss of investment attractiveness of enterprises and the abuse by officials of state-owned enterprises, namely in the conclusion of contracts and the transfer of budget funds economic entities, which have fictitiousness signs, etc.”.

The bill proposes to amend the law “About features of management of objects of state property in oboronno-an industrial complex” to eliminate GK “UK” and the subordination of the enterprises – participants of group of the Central body of Executive power”.

Changes, in particular, it is proposed to amend the definition of the features of privatization of objects of state property, implementation of public-private partnerships in this area, as well as restoration of solvency of the debtor – the subject of state-owned military-industrial complex or declaring them bankrupt.
