The woman returned the money to the owner.
Guadeloupe Risor, an employee of a secondhand store, owned by non-profit Jewish organizations, found in the pocket of an old coat 17 050$.
Excited by the discovery, Risor immediately contacted the managers of the organization who have decided to try to find someone who the money belongs to.
The bills were neatly stacked in four Bank envelopes, one of which was written the name of the account holder. Comparing this name with the names of people registered in the journal of the donors of the store, the managers found 78-year-old Sheri, who donated the organization belongings of her deceased husband.
It soon became clear that a coat, in the pocket of which was found the money really belonged to the husband of Sheri. An elderly woman was delighted found a large amount, as, in her words, after her husband’s death she was on the verge of financial collapse and not know how to pay the bills.
A thousand dollars Sheri handed Guadeloupe Risor, thanking her for their honesty.
