A bill to solve a car avtonomera is ready.
The bill on customs clearance of cars on foreign registration in Ukraine is ready.
This was stated by the head of the parliamentary Committee on taxation and customs policy Nina Southerner in the channel 5.
“The bill is ready and it is with the ideology, which spoke with the activists. I think that society also expects the solution to take power. I’m trying to gather the heads with the Executive branch and with the legislature in order for the last time to talk through the concept of the bill, which we will offer. It is different from what we talked with the protesters”, she said.
According to her, it is impossible to carry out the action for those who took advantage of the gaps in the customs legislation, violated the existing legislation and used a system of smuggling in the regime of temporary import or transit.
“We must approach carefully and for a specific period of time to adopt such a scale of excise tax that every citizen wanted to, could bring a used car,” said the Southerner.
According to her, the liberalization should be applied with the multiplying factor depending on the age of the car.
