Sysoyenko spoke about the amendments to the bill.
Today, all represented in Parliament political forces supported the withdrawal of bill number 6327 the rate of copayments (that is, to the Ukrainians paid for medical services is partly out of pocket and partially paid by the state – Approx.ed.) for medical services. This was announced by Deputy head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on health, Iryna Sysoyenko (fraction “Self-help”) at the meeting of the Parliament on Tuesday.
In General, according to her, in the course of finalizing the bill for the second reading considered the 413 amendments of filed 893.
In addition to the withdrawal provisions on copayments, significant is also an edit, in accordance with which the amount of funds for the implementation of the state program of guarantees is fixed annually in the state budget and shall be not less than 5% of GDP.
As reported Sysoyenko, the modified document obliges the state in addition to palliative, emergency and primary care, to pay for the provision of specialized and highly specialized medical care, aid to children under 16 years, pregnant women, to ensure payment of pregnancy and childbirth.
