In the occupied Donbass, a Ukrainian radio

The signal “Ukrainian radio” will cover Donetsk, Luhansk region, together with the occupied territories.

From the city of chasiv Yar 2 June 2017 began broadcasting at a frequency of 873 kHz of the First channel of Ukrainian radio (NSTU) in the occupied territory of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. About it reports a press-service of Donetsk regional state administration.

Chairman of the Donetsk regional CAA Pavel Zhebrivsky assured that the Ukrainian radio signal will cover Donetsk, Lugansk regions together with the occupied territories, as well as Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv region, and also border areas of Russia that border with Donbas.

Also Chairman of the National Council on television and radio broadcasting Yuri Artemenko said that the cooperation with the Ministry of information policy, the regulator has provided NSTU permit broadcasting at a frequency of 873 kHz 12 Jan.

According to him, this project is the beginning of a project to a directed broadcast to the occupied territory of Donetsk and Lugansk regions. Provided that the broadcasting is carried out from the transmitter NAUTEL XL-60, which was provided to the Ministry of information policy of the BBG as technical assistance.

According to estimates of the national Council, the Ukrainian radio signal from the Time Yar will cover, collectively, to 12.7 million people – citizens of Ukraine and citizens of the aggressor country.
