A resident of Nizhny Novgorod region for 26 years kept his daughter locked up and not allowed out of the house. The mother wanted to protect her daughter from possible risks, but now a 42-year-old woman have to learn to live again. This was stated by the head of administration Arefinskogo of the village Council Vasily Tovarov, RIA “Novosti”.
Nadezhda Bushueva became a recluse because of hyperopic mother, the woman has no passport, no education. Neighbors noted that the years of unwashed women with tangles in her hair live in a dilapidated house surrounded by many cats.
“It all started 26 years ago, when she finished 8th grade. Mother, Tatyana Borisovna, was to protect her, was to keep her locked at home. She neither work nor study didn’t go anywhere. But otherwise everything was fine“, – said the head of the administration.
Tovarov stressed that the situation deteriorated when the mother retired, the woman became closed and stopped to make contact.
