According to Fedor Levchenko on his page on Facebook, school No. 1 collapsed about 21:30 on Monday.
“A Commission was established with local officials. Decided to assess the threats to invite regular teachers with local novobugsky College of the Nikolaev national agrarian University that teach civil engineering. In the evening, when the Commission on school property, at first began to crumble, the Windows on the ground floor and three floors had collapsed,” – said in the message.
There were no injuries. The area of the collapsed building — about 300 cubic square meters, Levchenko added.
