In Truskavets, Lviv oblast unknown persons burned down in the night of Friday, September 1, Mitsubishi Pajero 45-year-old local resident.
As a result of the accident suffered another parked car, and the roof of one of the adjacent buildings.
The incident is qualified by law enforcement as an arson.
On this fact openly criminal proceedings under part 2 of article 352 of the criminal code (intentional destruction or damage of property of any official or the citizen fulfilling a public duty).
The sanction of specified article prescribes punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from 5 till 12 years.
At the same time, the police refused to provide information whether the car belongs to the employee intelligence.
In addition, in management of SBU in the Lvov region said they can neither confirm nor deny this information, as it is currently checked.
