In the Kyiv region drunken quarrel ended with murder

Near Kiev, a drunken man killed a drinking buddy.

Obukhov detectives uncovered the murder of a man in one of the entrances of the city is Ukrainian. Police found two men during drinking of alcoholic drinks killed his friend and detained them, told in GU NP in Kiev region.

So, 28 February at 10: 35 in a call center of Obukhov police Department received a report from the 71-year-old resident of the Ukrainian city about that apartment building on the fifth floor she found the body of unfamiliar man. Operatives have established the identity of the deceased was 46-the summer inhabitant of the neighboring area. On his body police found numerous injuries.

Police found that before the deceased along with 38-year-old friends from Kiev visited an apartment house, where the tragedy occurred, namely, the 43-year-old unemployed local resident. Men drank alcohol and suddenly between them there was a quarrel, during which the host together with the guest from the capital struck the victim on the head, causing the man died. Comrades carried the lifeless body of a friend to the staircase and went back to the apartment, where they continued to drink.

In the apartment where took place the tragic event, the police found the offenders of the victim. Both men were in a condition of strong alcoholic intoxication. By the way, the youngest of them, had already been brought to criminal responsibility. Now suspects are detained according to article 208 criminal procedure code of Ukraine, the issue of election of a measure of restraint.

On this fact the investigative Obukhov police Department opened criminal proceedings under part 1 St. 115 (murder) of the Criminal code of Ukraine which sanction provides imprisonment for the term from seven till fifteen years. The pretrial investigation proceeds.
