Woman in intensive care.
The accident happened on December 29 at about 17: 30 hours in the village Velyka Dymerka, Brovary district. 56-year-old victim is now in the intensive care unit of the hospital.
Staff the Brovary police Department in cooperation with the public formation “Protection” quickly established and detained on one of streets of the village 36-year-old driver, who on his car “VAZ” hit a cyclist and fled the scene. In his blood, it is 1.7 per Mille of alcohol. The suspect confessed to the crime and said that he afraid of the responsibility.
At present investigative actions are carried out. Open criminal proceedings under article 286 (Violation of traffic safety or transport operation by the persons operating vehicles) the Criminal code of Ukraine.
