Men drank from 17 December.
In Belozersky district 42-year-old man killed his friend for what could no longer get drunk and celebrate his birthday. The attacker wanted to get rid of the body, but was able to hold on it only to our own doorstep.
The duty of the white lake police Department received a message from the inhabitant of one of villages of the area. The man said that a neighbor’s dacha found the body of an unknown man. At the scene arrived investigative team.
On the threshold of the house, the police saw the body of a man with a stab wound to the chest. The investigators found that the victim was a 68-year-old local resident, who lived nearby. In one of the rooms police found 42-year-old owner of the cottage, which was in a state of alcoholic intoxication.
Police interviewed neighbors and found that the last time the victim was seen in the same yard. According to neighbors, he, along with the master of the house drank since December 17.
As the chief of the white lake police Department Yuriy Pryadko, the police learned that 17 Dec was the birthday of the victim. He bought alcohol and came to celebrate to the neighbor. They drank two days. Then the master of the house said that more can not drink and ordered the birthday boy to leave. Because of this, between men there was a fight, during which the attacker struck guest with a knife.
The suspect confessed to the crime and said that after the murder wanted to get rid of the body, but was able to hold on its only up to the threshold of the house and went to sleep.
Open criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 115 of the Criminal code of Ukraine “Premeditated murder”. “Birthday” is threatened by imprisonment for the term from 7 till 15 years.
