The man suddenly ran into the road.
In the village of New Camp in Kherson region the accident occurred, in which one party to the incident was in the casualty Department of the hospital.
On Sunday, 5 November, at 15:45 in the village of New Camp the driver of the car VAZ, a native of Lviv region Basil S., born in 1987, passing through the village, knocked down crossing the road from his yard, Dmitry V., born in 1978.
The accident victim, a local resident received a traumatic brain injury, a concussion and a fractured tibia. He promptly delivered in traumatologic office of the unit of Novokakhovsky city hospital, where he received the necessary help.
Arrived at the scene, police conducted an investigation, which revealed that both participant accident (the driver of VAZ and local resident) were in a state of alcoholic intoxication.
