An activist Stanislav Fedorchuk told about the incident with the Ukrainian military and one of the cashiers of the supermarket, which strangely responded to the question about opportunities to serve in the Ukrainian language. This activist wrote on his page in Facebook.
“A friend who recently demobilized from the APU, from Donetsk, decided to go to one of the Kharkov ATB for food. Go to the cashier and calmly asked the cashier or she is able to serve Ukrainian. Quietly asked in Russian, by the way. The cashier started to tell me that she recognizes one state language – Russian, waiting for the Russian tanks that will be no longer any need in Ukrainian.
