In the village. Andriivka Balakleya district, Kharkiv region recorded 10 cases of viral hepatitis.
This is stated in the press service of the Kharkiv regional laboratory center of the Ministry of health.
“Of the 10 cases of 6 patients in the two families. All patients hospitalized in the infectious Department of the district hospital and given necessary treatment,” the statement reads.
Treatment-and-prophylactic network is the examination of contact persons by place of residence, work and study cases, household rounds with the purpose of identifying patients, laboratory examination of contact persons.
Furthermore, the results of laboratory studies of drinking water samples for the presence of antigen of viral hepatitis A in selected pockets by place of residence and study cases has turned negative.
