In the Internet appeared the new Ukrainian social network

Woolik should be an alternative to “Vkontakte” and “Classmates”.

In the network appeared the new Ukrainian social network called Woolik, which positions itself as alternative to Russian blocked services.

According to the release, the office of the new social network is in Kiev. The servers are also situated in the territory of Ukraine.

“Yes, we understand that many teams have already tried to give the Ukrainians their own similar foreign social networks. So, another big project just yesterday announced its closure. All of these projects is a good tutorial of how not to do social network. I thank them for that”, – stated in it.

While Woolik is quite a mysterious project: the founders of the social network remain unknown, as well as the team working on it. Edition MediaSapiens talked to Woolik official account in Facebook, but a spokesman for the project refused to disclose any specific data.

While it is known that the network was officially Woolik start on 17 August and that all of its founders are Ukrainians. The project is funded by the founders.

The spokesperson also said that as soon as the system starts to work “without glitches”, the founders Woolik will reveal more information about your project. Roughly work on updates should be completed in a few weeks.
