In the Donetsk region announced temporary restrictions

Temporary restrictions will apply in the Donetsk region.

In the anti-terrorist center of the SBU due to the deterioration of the situation in the ATO area imposed temporary restrictions on the territory of Donetsk region. The appeal published on the website of the Donetsk regional military-civil administration.

The letter says that the restrictions are imposed in connection with the growing threats to economic and energy security of Ukraine, provoked by the conscious actions of the militants, the escalation of aggression by Russia against Ukraine with the aim of protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens of Ukraine and ensuring national security of Ukraine.

Limitations include:

– the prohibition movement was sports, hunting firearms or devices for shooting of cartridges equipped with rubber or similar on the properties of the metal shells of nonlethal action in the district and in the area of the ATO;

– restriction of movement of vehicles on the roads, which do not exist in the registry of roads and are outside of the established check points, except for specialized agricultural equipment that is conducting field work;

– strengthening of patrolling security services and preventive and preventive activities to prevent offenses, to prevent staying in areas of intervention of foreign citizens and persons without the appropriate registration;

– providing timely responses to statements, reports of crimes and other offences and events, and conducting organizational and practical measures for ensuring public safety and order in the streets, squares, in parks, squares, stadiums, railway stations and other public places;

– rapid identification of possible causes that contribute to criminal and administrative offenses;

– restrict the movement of persons without identity documents, from 22:00 to 05:00;

– the prohibition of stay in the forests and forest near water bodies (rivers, lakes) in the areas of the vulnerable in the terrorist relation of objects of main gas pipelines, chemical plants, thermal power plants, dams, etc. (except of employees of forestry and officials involved in carrying out maintenance work);

– a ban of the tourist sightseeing and Hiking, fishing, Ukrainian citizens and other persons outside of the set in accordance with the laws of such places;

– ban the use of radios in vehicles, except in the special purpose vehicles (or duly registered);

– prohibiting the implementation of any flying unmanned, light aircraft and for photo, film and video production, as well as video, film and photography military personnel, law enforcement personnel, military equipment, areas of location of military units of VSU, NSU, GNSU, the interior Ministry, the SBU, which are included in the forces and means ATO) and objects.

It is noted that these restrictions apply to all citizens of Ukraine, except for military and law enforcement personnel in the units involved forces and means ATO.
