The incident occurred yesterday evening at Yellow Water. It is known that two of the patrol, got into his car “VAZ” and then heard a sharp pop and then saw their car starts to burn. The fire was extinguished quickly. One of the officers received injuries to the legs in the form of incised wounds.
Later it was possible to establish that the vehicle caught fire after being shot from a manual grenade launcher RPG-18. At the scene were able to detect fragments from rocket-propelled grenades.
On this fact was instituted criminal proceedings. The investigation is ongoing.
