In the Crimea activists are collecting money for “fines”

Crimean Tatar activists are collecting money to pay administrative fines.

Crimean Tatar activists of the public Association “Crimean solidarity” announced the beginning of collection of money for the payment of administrative fines under a new “Crimean marathon”. They declared at the meeting of the “Crimean solidarity”.

“Today, we announced the beginning of a new “Crimean marathon”. It actually started during the administrative courts on December 18. But today we can officially say that the fundraising continues. A lot of people from the mainland of Ukraine and Russia have already expressed a desire to participate in the new marathon,” the activist told the Server Mustafaev.

“The administrative fines shall not become a private problem of the Crimean Tatars, who came to the pickets on October 14. These people were the voice of the people, they came out to show their opposition on behalf of all the people. Therefore, we believe that supporting these people, we will show the authorities that they are not left alone with their problems”, – said Dilyaver Memetov.

As reported, the Crimean Tatars took to the pickets all over the Crimea on 14 October 2017. In hands they held posters: “My people are not terrorist”, “accusations of terrorism and extremism is the genocide of the Crimean Tatars” and others.

As you know, December 18 in the Russian-occupied Crimea, held simultaneously more than 70 of the administrative courts over the Crimean Tatars in the case of the pickets 14 Oct.

In Belogorsk was fined 10 thousand rubles Sadri Muratova, the same fine was appointed the Kremlin-controlled Soviet regional court of the Asana Saidalieva, Eldar Aliyev, Mustafa Resilovo. In Kiev district court of Simferopol the penalty in 10 thousand roubles was awarded to Valery will Gregory.
