The PvE campaign is called “war Chronicles”.
The company Wargaming has prepared great news for those who love World of Tanks, but prefers to stay away from the numerous gatherings of other players. Next week the console version will be a number of story missions that can take place even in a team with friends, even alone.
The first ever “World of tanks” mode PvE campaigns called “war Chronicles” and begins on Xbox 360, Xbox One, Xbox One’s, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 4 Pro (4K resolution) from 22 August, and later on the Xbox One X. the owners of consoles from Microsoft will be able to take advantage of cross-platform functions, that is, to communicate via voice chat and pass the job along with your friends on Xbox of any generation.
At the time of the launch of the “Military Chronicles” the users of World of Tanks will open two campaigns, each of which consists of three chapters. The first is based on historical events and tells the story of Soviet tankers who received lend-lease tanks “Sherman”. The second — alternative history — about the British tankers as part of the group trying to break the blockade of West Berlin.
In the future, Wargaming is planning to add more missions on the fantastic scenario in which you will have “to decide the fate of humanity on the brink of total nuclear war after a different outcome to the Cuban missile crisis”. And all this under downhole music that is composed by three-time BAFTA award winner and author of soundtracks for Fallout 4, Dragon Age: Origins Inon Tzur (Inon Zur).
