It is assumed that the collapse could have triggered the work on elimination of the adjacent building on Pushkinskaya street, which burned down 10 years ago.
“Around 16:00 I heard a loud noise, rumbling and saw the falling part of the arch and the wall. The dismantling has been underway for a few weeks, and today, just before the collapse, there is also worked with heavy equipment,” – said a resident of the affected house of Alexander.
