In the center of Kiev, the Russians threatening to commit suicide

In the center of Kiev unknown man aged about 40 years in civilian clothes threatened to jump from the 3rd floor of the hotel “Khreshchatyk”.

It is on the grid tense on the third floor of the building.

Police have cordoned off the area in front of the hotel ”Khreshchatyk” and attempts to communicate with a man. That periodically smokes cigarettes.

On the balcony of the building adjacent to the grid is the security guard of the hotel who tries to persuade the man to climb from the grid to the balcony.

Unknown talking with the security guard, agrees to look at some documents. Witnesses of the incident – employees of institutions located nearby, tell that man requires the Consul General of the Russian Federation is Russian. They also say that the mesh that it came through the balcony of the hotel.
