The offender could face 15 years in prison.
Rozhnyatovsky Department Kalush local Prosecutor’s office carried out procedural management in criminal proceedings on signs of the criminal offense under part 2 of article 121 (“Deliberate heavy injury”) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
It is established that the inhabitant of the village of Dubshary Rozhnyatovsky area, being in an alcohol intoxication, being at the place of residence in the premises of the summer kitchen, on home soil he entered the conflict with his father, during which he struck multiple blows to the head and other parts of the body.
From the received traumas the victim has died.
Currently, he is declared suspicion in Commission of a criminal offense under part 2 of article 121 of the criminal code of Ukraine and a preventive measure in form of detention without possibility of bail.
