In Otyniya village, Kolomiya district, Ivano-Frankivsk region the conflict between young people ended in murder.
The doctor on duty Tynisha regional hospital told police that in the emergency Department delivered a local resident with injuries.
Law enforcement authorities established that on one of the streets of the village between 16 and 19-year-old villager on the ground of a sudden hostile relations the conflict occurred. In the course of it, more of the younger participant ran to his comrade’s house, where he took a kitchen knife and returned to the spot, struck one blow to the victim in the stomach.
As a result of penetrating stab wounds of the abdomen, the victim died several hours later medical institutions.
After he did the teenager left the scene and hid at home, where he was detained by police.
At the moment the minor is detained, the issue of the announcement of suspicion in Commission of the offence and the election of a preventive measure — detention.
On this fact initiated criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 115 (“premeditated murder”) the Criminal code of Ukraine.
The suspect is threatened by punishment in the form of imprisonment for the term from 7 till 15 years. The investigation is continuing.
