In the capital install the camera near monuments

The camera will be connected to city-wide video surveillance system

Until the end of November the Kyiv authorities plan to install surveillance cameras around the three monuments of the capital. This reports the press service of Kyiv city state administration.

“These cameras will be connected to city-wide video surveillance system. It is planned that the cameras will help to protect the monuments from vandalism,” reads the message. Noted that the CCTV camera will set the monument to Vladimir the Great, to Nicholas Shchors and at the Memorial of Eternal Glory. The appropriate instruction was received by the Department of information and communication technologies, Kyiv city state administration on Monday, November 20.
