The rental market want to bring out of the shadows.
The Ministry of regional development, construction and housing and communal services is developing a bill that will bring the market rent from the shadows. On Friday, July 27, said Deputy Minister of regional development Lev Partskhaladze on his page in Facebook.
He noted that the bill needs to address issues of formation of the Fund of rental houses, sources of financing and conditions of their construction, such houses and the conditions of employment.
Partskhaladze also said that the Ministry on 2 August, will hold a round table to discuss the range of issues that should be solved by the bill.
Earlier it was reported that in Ukraine becomes more expensive real estate. In six months prices in the primary market increased by 3.2% and 7%, and in the secondary – 1,2 – 5,6%, depending on the apartments.
