In the ATO area worsened the situation in the Lugansk direction

The situation in the ATO area remains difficult. In different parts of the contact line of the Russian occupation troops continue to violate the Minsk agreements, using artillery, tank weapons and mortars.

Last days distinguished complication of the situation on the Lugansk direction. Here, earlier in the day, the enemy fired from arms of the tank, infantry fighting vehicles, 120 and 82-mm mortars and rocket-propelled grenades in the area of Trinity. Already in the night the enemy fired 20 rounds of 152 mm caliber for defense fortifications at Priceprice, and 82-mm mortars fired at the defenders of Novoaleksandrovka and Luhansk. On the same direction the enemy is actively used and infantry weapons. Defenders of Lugansk, the Russian mercenaries fired repeatedly from APCS, and strongholds near Stanytsia Luhanska, Svetlodarsk, Novotoshkivske, krymske, Novoluganskogo and Boguslawska illegal armed groups fired mostly from rocket-propelled grenades, heavy machine guns and small arms.

In the direction of Donetsk, in the evening, the epicenter of armed instability has moved from the Azov sea to the outskirts of Avdeevka. Invaders from grenade launchers, heavy machine guns and small arms fired at several sites on the outskirts of this front-line city and in the area of the Heater.

In General, over the past day, throughout the contact line, the enemy made 26 the impact of shelling of positions of Armed Forces of Ukraine. In 16 cases, our troops suppressed the firing activity of the occupants of the weapons not prohibited by the Minsk agreements.

As a result of enemy attacks 1 soldier of the ATO forces received a combat trauma. He was taken to the military medical facility.
