In Tanzania found the remains of an early relative of the dinosaurs.
The fossilized remains of creatures that lived on our planet 250 million years ago, archeologists discovered in Tanzania (Australia).
Scientists believe that the creature was the early relative of dinosaurs, but not their direct ancestor.
Being called Telocation Radiocom (Teleocrater rhadinus). Paleontologists took it to a huge group of archosaurs, which included all the ancient birds, dinosaurs, pterosaurs and crocodiles.
The remains of Teletrader preserved well enough for scientists were able to reconstruct approximately the original look of the animal. It is known that it moved on four legs and reached three meters in length. Ancient lizard, in fact, was similar to the modern Komodo dragon, but had a larger size and a long neck.
Teletrader relate to evolutionary branch a bird, but legs it was more like a crocodile. This phenomenon, yet scientists have been unable to explain. The remains will be researching further to understand how and what to eat being, and why died.
