In St.-Petersburg in connection with a possible increase in the water level in the Neva river to dangerous levels, it was decided to close the gates of the Complex of protective constructions (KZS). Under forecasts of weather forecasters, March 9 in the city is expected wind gusts of 15-20 m/s and the increase in water level, which can lead to intensive destruction of the ice cover of the Neva.
