In St. Petersburg businessman during the theft shot the witness

The thief shot the man and fled in a Land Cruiser.

In Saint-Petersburg individual entrepreneur shot from a traumatic pistol the man who caught him stealing and tried to stop. On Thursday, October 26, the press service of the regional Department of internal Affairs.

“On 25 October, about two o’clock in the Fishing village [the Krasnogvardeisky district of the city] of the same gardening on the banks of the Okhta river 37-year-old citizen, individual entrepreneur, the detention for committing theft from the house on the site of his traumatic gun fired a 31-year-old man”, — is spoken in the message.

The victim from the received wounds in the head died at the scene and the shooter fled by car, Land Cruiser, but was soon detained. In fact the incident a criminal case under part 1 of article 105 of the criminal code (“Murder”).
