Users of social networks are actively discussing the fire, which happened on 20 June in the house on Khreshchatyk 40/1.

Some users were seriously concerned about the safety of the city’s legendary fast food “Kiev perepichka”.

But most of the people saw the fire on Khreshchatyk malice and “the hand of developers” who plan to build on the site of the burned house multi-storey shopping centre.

“Fire on Bogdan Khmelnitsky in Kiev – is not accidental, according to certain sources, it was arson, because the reconstruction of this building have long been at war activists, calling it contrary to the surrounding architecture,” he wrote in his Facebook Nazar Prikhodko.
