Two young children fell out of the window of an apartment on the seventh floor near Kaliningrad, on this fact initiated preliminary examination.
“According to preliminary data, young brother and sister were in the apartment with her older ten-year-old sister in the next room doing homework. Left unsupervised, children were able to open a window that fell out. The two children in serious condition hospitalised in children’s regional hospital”, — said the representative office.
She noted that information about the incident came to the law enforcement authorities of 27 April 2017 to 19 hours 15 minutes (20.15 GMT). Currently, the investigators find out all circumstances of incident.
