The boy was taken to hospital where he died a few days later.
In the city of Angarsk (Irkutsk region) three year old boy fired the fatal shot himself, playing with traumatic gun found at his uncle. On Tuesday, November 14, reports the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).
“According to one version of the investigation, the child being in the apartment, they found the uncle of a traumatic gun in the game fired. The boy’s relatives were in the next room of the apartment. It is established that the weapons of the men were kept illegally,” — said in the message.
A child with a gunshot wound to the head was hospitalized on 5 November. In fact the incident a criminal case was instituted under paragraphs “b” and “h” of part 2 of stasti 111 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (“Deliberate causing of heavy harm to health, committed against a minor with a weapon”).

11 Nov from the injuries the boy died in the hospital. In connection with his death, the consequence will address the issue of retraining of criminal case.
