In Russia there was a speed “military Internet”

Its development began two years ago.

The Ministry of defence this year for the first time with the private data segment provided with the regions exchange of information constituting a state secret. This was stated by the head of the National control centre defense of the Russian Federation, Colonel-General Michael Mezentsev.

“In 2017, the communication using the resources of the private segment is fulfilled with all the subjects of the Russian Federation. For the first time provided rapid electronic exchange of information constituting a state secret, at the regional and interregional levels,” said the little fingers.

As noted by the head of the defense center, the design challenges of creating automated interdepartmental protected network information interaction was launched in 2015.

According to him, during the exercises Kavkaz-2016 as a pilot project in using the resources of the private network segment data transfer organized share information with the staffs of the territorial defence of the Russian regions.
