In the Russian city of St. Petersburg, police blocked a Pro-Ukrainian anti-war rally.
The beginning of the rally dedicated to the International Day of peace, was scheduled for 14.00. By this time the marchers with Ukrainian flags and yellow and blue balloons gathered at the Kazan Cathedral and in 40 minutes had to go in the direction of the Senate square on the main street of the city.
The police blocked the path of the group, from-for what protesters remained in the Kazan Cathedral. Other protesters went to the Admiralty.
Police threatened the activists with detention, however, information about detainees was not reported.
Recall June 12 in Saint-Petersburg and in Moscow held a rally of the opposition. In the Russian capital, the event took place on Tverskaya street. The total number of detained adolescents in Moscow is 136 people.
