Vladimir regional court announced the sentence to the inhabitant of Noginsk situated near Moscow Anatoly Mazur, who was the leader of a criminal gang, hunted brutal assassinations. The attackers killed five people, including a teenager and his pregnant mother.
The decision of the court 49-year-old Anatoly Mazur will serve a life sentence in prison. Customers also convicted of murder Galina Bobrova and her partner Alexander Roldugin, who lived in Noginsk. Bobrow received 15 years and Raldugin eight years in a strict regime colony, reports the official website of the regional Department of the RF IC. According to investigators, in 2011, previously convicted for serious crimes Anatoly Mazur decided to become a hired killer. After his release from prison, they continued their conversation. Meshalkin registered in the Bryansk region, but often visited Mazur in Noginsk.
As the leader of the established organized crime groups, Mazur demanded from his accomplices submission.
In June 2015, Mazur received the order for the murder of Galina Bobrova. The woman decided to get rid of a businessman who lived in Vladimir, and was her husband. In the process of divorce the spouses are actively in conflict, including over the division of the apartment.
Bobrow gave Mazur the necessary information about a potential victim and promised to pay for the murder of 1 million rubles. The money she was going to give to the performers after the law of the successor will be able to use the apartment of the ex-spouse and sell it, according to “Zebra TV”.
On the night of June 11 2015 the killers arrived in the city of Vladimir, conducted a “reconnaissance” at home in the street bottom Dubrova, and then returned in Noginsk. The next morning, on the national holiday, Russia Day, they drove by car to the house of the victim, armed with a silenced pistol of calibre of 9 mm and a knife.
According to investigators, Memantin stayed in the car to observe the environment around the house, and Mazur and Smirnov broke into the apartment of a businessman. Anatoly shot a 42-year-old landlord, then discovered in the apartment of a 16-year-old boy and his pregnant 36-year-old mother. To get rid of unwanted witness, Mazur shot in the head by the boy in front of his mother.
Then Smirnov, on the instructions of the Mazur, stabbed a woman who was at the sixth to seventh month of pregnancy. The injured mistress of a businessman had suffered at least six stab wounds to the neck, chest, abdomen and left shoulder.
To create the appearance of murder during the attempted robbery, the attackers took from the apartment a laptop and a phone. On the way to Noginsk they threw stolen in a reservoir.
Back in the suburbs, the killers announced a Beaver on the murder of her husband and bystanders.
The press wrote that the hands of the murderers in Vladimir killed businessman Podmarkov and A. C. Kuznetsov. Her teenage son was a random victim, because usually lived with his grandmother. However, the day of the tragedy came to mother’s to visit.
During the investigation it was revealed two more murders committed by defendants in Noginsk. In October 2011, Mazur and Smirnov strangled Noginsk pensioner. Accomplices of crimes were detained on 23 and 24 June 2015 in Noginsk. They incriminated the item “and, g, d, f, h, K” part 2 of article 105 (“Murder of two and more persons committed under aggravating circumstances”), part 2 of article 209 (“Banditry”), part 3 of article 222 (“Illegal circulation of weapons and ammunition”), part 1 of article 167 (“Deliberate destruction of another’s property”) and part 2 of article 139 (“Illegal penetration into the dwelling”) of the criminal code.
As part of the investigation interrogated more than 70 witnesses, completed 45 different forensic examinations. The volume of the criminal case amounted to 22 volumes, and the indictment – a thousand leaves.
Under the weight of the evidence collected Smirnov and Memantin admitted his guilt and concluded a pretrial cooperation agreement. Later Memantine was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment, and Smirnov is serving 18 years in prison.
