In the Irkutsk region of Russia the bear bit off the hand of a drunken visitor of the café, who decided to feed him in the cage. About this reports the press service of the local police.
As it became known that 42-the summer man in an alcohol intoxication climbed over the fence to feed the bears with condensed milk.
When he reached through the pole, it grabbed one of the predators.
It is unknown how it would have ended, if the barman of an institution does not discourage man from the bear.
