The Minister Tkachev told about the construction of ultra-modern factories.
The production of high-quality Parmesan cheese in Russia may be established in three years. This was stated by the Minister of agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Tkachev.
“I think that we, of course, but it needs to last a certain time. I think in three years we will see quite a modern production of this cheese and will have Russian cheese”, Tkachev said during a speech at the agricultural forum in Moscow.
According to him, now in Russia, “the cheese industry is actively developing”.
“I know that we have three or four plants being built in Russia ultramodern. So we’re going to do and hard cheeses, and soft, and naturally mold and not only”, – the Minister said and acknowledged that Parmesan is a complicated production.
Tkachev has reminded that for the production of this cheese requires “special feeding, walking animals, technology of production.”
