“Optimists think we are getting somewhere at the bottom, and in Europe have already started to emerge from the crisis. I think we have not reached bottom, especially in Russia, we are just entering the most difficult period of the crisis,” he says.
According to Dvorkovich, small and medium segment will gradually begin to close, the main problems, he says, will come by the end of summer or autumn.
