In Russia again will go on trial the teacher who wrote verse about Ukraine

A new criminal case.

The investigative Committee for the Oryol region opened a new criminal case against ex-teacher of German Kromskoy schools Alexander Byvsheva. The case was opened under part 1 article 282 (“inciting hatred or enmity”) in connection with the publication Byvsheva poems, in which he supported the independence of Ukraine and says that Russia is waging against neighboring States aggressive policy.

“During preliminary investigation it is established that 22.02.2015 in 09 hours 43 minutes unidentified person with the purpose of incitement of hatred or enmity and humiliation of human dignity, a group of persons on the grounds of nationality, using computer equipment connected to the information network “Internet” posted on the page in social network “Vkontakte” under a nickname “Alexander byshev” for the General public a poem “On the independence of Ukraine”, which are statements of a derogatory nature in relation to the group — “Russian”, but also aimed at inciting strife, hatred,” — stated in the decree of election Byvsheva measure signed by the Deputy head Kromskogo Interdistrict investigative Department of the TFR Dmitry Zubov.

Teeth also reports that the investigation established the involvement in the publication of the poems of Alexander Byvsheva. The investigator chose against Byvsheva a measure of restraint in the form of recognizance not to leave.

Alexander byshev until August 2014 taught German in a secondary school of the settlement Kromy of the Oryol region. He was dismissed from school for that after joining of Crimea to Russia wrote a poem in support of the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
