The market of overalls, you can call the market stable demand, as it is regulated by law. According to the Labour code of the Russian Federation, updating of workwear production is required annually. Thus, all industrial companies ensure a constant demand for clothing and PPE.

The figures confirm the trend. So, at the end of 2018, the growth of production of overalls in Russia amounted to about 40% compared with 2017, and in the first quarter of 2019 is 13.6%. As told to journalists Viktor Evtukhov, Deputy Minister of industry and trade, the whole market of clothes and footwear in Russia is estimated at about 100 billion rubles, about 50% of the amount accounted for by public procurement. Thus, according to the estimates of Victor evtuhova, the market will grow by 2025 by 40% and could reach 200 billion rubles, which is associated in particular with import substitution in the companies with state participation.

The biggest part of the workwear made from imported materials, a large proportion of imports came from the US and the UK. To change the situation, the Ministry has included in the program of import substitution a number of projects of light industry aimed at production of protective clothing and materials for clothing. The results were not long in coming. By 2018, over 90% of the needs of oil and gas companies provided domestic clothing.
