The project “Bobbing Forrest” (“Float Wood”) is a Dutch concept artist Jorge Becker (Jorge Bakker), who is known for his original sculptures and quirky architectural installations. One of them is “In Search of Habit” – an aquarium filled with tiny models of floating trees. The author raises questions of the relationship between urban residents and nature.
Company Mothership after several years of experimentation with the prototypes to install a small floating forest in the heart of Rotterdam Rijnhaven, it will become part of a series of floating art projects, revitalizing the neighborhood around the docks.
