Local residents facing the threat of flooding.
Residents of two localities in North-West Puerto Rico urgently evacuated because of the collapse of the dam. This was reported by the national weather service in San Juan (NWS).
“The situation is extremely dangerous. Residents are evacuated on buses as quickly as possible”, – stated in the message service.
It is reported that in the area the threat of flooding are commune Isabela and Quebradillas.
