As of 20:10 Kyiv time Twitter users complain that they cannot connect to the server (74%), log (15%) and send or receive messages (10%).
Most affected are USA, Brazil, Argentina, Peru, Mexico, Turkey, Malaysia, Japan, India, Russia, Greece, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Norway.
In Ukraine the problems are fixed at the East of the country, in Odessa and Zhitomir.
As of 20:20 Kyiv time, Facebook users are complaining that can’t connect to the server (43%), log (36%), and send or receive messages (19%).
The greatest challenges are in the USA, Mexico, Peru, Brazil, Argentina, Japan, Australia, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Russia, Turkey, Greece, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Denmark, Sweden and Romania.
Among the Ukrainian users on problems, residents complain of Kiev, Odessa and the Dnieper.
As of 20:20 Kyiv time Viber users complain that they cannot connect to the server (50%), log (25%) and send or receive messages (25%).
The biggest problem with the application is in the United States, Mexico, Argentina, Italy, France, UK, Belgium, Poland, Belarus, Turkey, Moldova, Russia, Estonia, Greece, Germany, Georgia, the Netherlands and Austria.
In Ukraine the problems are fixed in Odessa, Kharkov, Kiev, Zhytomyr, Rivne, Ternopil, Lutsk, Sumy, Poltava, Dnieper river, Zaporozhye, Ukraine.
